Premier Health Partners is pleased to welcome Patrick M. Frieary, MD, FACP to our Primary Care team. Dr. Frieary will begin seeing patients on July 6 at our 36 North Union Road practice.

Dr. Frieary is a board-certified internal medicine physician with more than three decades of experience providing comprehensive adulty primary care in Western New York. In addition to his clinical practice, he has dedicated much of his career to medical education as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University at Buffalo, where he has trained and mentored countless physicians, residents, and medical students.

Known for his compassionate, patient-centered approach, Dr. Frieary is committed to building lasting relationships with patients while providing high-quality preventive care and chronic disease management. His contributions to medical education have earned him numerous accolades, including the 2023 Excellence in Teaching Award for Ambulatory Medicine and the 2024 White Coat Award.
